God said, NO.

it's not for me to take away, but for u to give it up.

i asked God to grant me patience.

patience is byproduct of tribulations;

it isn't granted, it's learned.

i asked God for happiness.

God said, NO.

i give u blessings; happiness is up to u.

i asked God to spare me pain.

God said, NO.

suffering draws u apart from worldly cares & brings u closer to me.

i asked God to make my spirit grow.

God said, NO.

u must grow on ur own!

but I'll prune u to make u fruitful.

i asked God for all things that i might enjoy life.

God said, NO.

I'll give u life, so that u may enjoy all things.

i asked God to help me to love others as much as He loves me.

God said, Ahh..., finally u have the idea.

He was conceived by d power of d Holy Spirit & born of d Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,

He will come again to judge d living & d dead.
